how can i monetize this channel + site

So i was able to get my hands on a relatively small youtube channel and a website, basically the youtube channel has sort of videos that are tutorials that require the viewer to download something and the website also has the same tutorial in text + the video embedded and whatever the viewer needs to download, currently neither the channel nor the website has any time of monetization and im assuming that i should avoid going with adsense since there are some pirated/copyrighted things that are being shared on the site.
