I have been using content locker for quite sometime now, but it is not converting as before. My traffic is related to video like movies, sports, etc. I ask user to complete any one offer in order to watch the video. At first it was working quite well but these days even though i have high traffic the earning keeps decreasing.

So, I want to try different monetization network or ad network. Any suggestion that i should try?

Content locking method is not that effective now. You should switch to other ways of making money with the traffic you get on the site or offer.

It sounds like you're facing a common issue that many content creators experience as their traffic grows. Content lockers can be effective at first, but user fatigue often sets in, and people become less likely to engage with offers. If you're looking for alternative monetization strategies, here are a few suggestions you could try:

  1. Ad Networks:
You might want to look into networks like Google AdSense or Media.net, which serve targeted ads without requiring user interaction. These are great if you have consistent, high-quality traffic.
  2. Video Ad Networks:
For video-related content, platforms like AdColony, Vungle, or Mediavine are designed to serve video ads and could be a good fit. These networks allow you to monetize your video content directly, sometimes through rewarded ads or skippable ads.
  3. Affiliate Marketing:
Consider integrating affiliate links related to your video content. For example, you can promote products (movies, sports equipment, etc.) and earn a commission for each sale made through your links.
  4. Subscription Models:
If you have a loyal audience, you could try implementing a membership or subscription model. Websites like Patreon or even setting up your own membership service can provide a steady revenue stream for exclusive content.
  5. Sponsored Content:
As your traffic grows, you may attract potential sponsors willing to pay for exposure on your site. Reach out to brands related to your niche (movies, sports, etc.) and offer advertising space or sponsored posts.
Experiment with these options and see what works best for your audience. Each monetization strategy has its strengths, and finding the right combination can help you maintain and even grow your earnings.

Create and rent your own advertising space or find a CPA partner.

We might be interested in your traffic, I've dropped you a PM.

Try with different types of CPA offers rather than relying only on content lockers

To improve monetization, try adjusting the frequency of your pop-up ads to avoid overwhelming users while ensuring they’re shown at key moments during video playback, such as before or after the video. Which type of ad placement do you like to try?

The days of making money with content locking are over. You will have to switch to other methods to make money online.

Probably depends on the offers. Usually a user can do an offer only once, if it's something to sign up for or install.
Better idea would be to use ad based link shorteners probably.

If you’ve got email captures from your traffic, start an email marketing funnel. CPM rates there can be wild

You've got one important thing and that is traffic.

I would recommend you to test with different ad networks. Mix popunder and native ad with some premium ad networks.

Yes depends what country your traffic is from but content locker could be a good route.

Switch to AdMaven's interstitial or pop-under ads for higher CPMs on entertainment traffic.

Sometimes you just need to change things around. It might not be the type of monetization, but the fact that the specific content locker has been the same for a long time.

If you have a regular audience, people might have just developed blindness to the ads you are showing them. Like they are taking the steps necessary to get to the content they want on autopilot. If you change the mechanic around, the same type of monetization might start to show better results again. If things look different, the message is different, the ad is shown in a different way, the items to click are at different locations, people might become more likely to convert which is supposed to have a positive effect on your earnings.

But of course, it doesn't hurt to try completely new monetization options as suggests by others above. Change and variety are likely to be good for CTRs and such.

I`m using Mondiad which pays daily starting at 10$ and has many ad formats you could try, including the classics push, in-page, native or banners to dynamic and interstitials. I have a great traffic fill rate so I am confident you'll see results. Keep us updated.
