I have 200k+ hitleap(regular) mınutes but i don't know hoş can i monetize those mınutes? Any ideaa for this?

Hitleap traffic is garbage.

If you want to make some $$$$$$ by using it. Sell Actual Organic Traffic at Fiverr or SEOclerks!

Hit leap traffic is made entirely to inflate th stats in your networks or on your websites.

You can't really pocket anything off it unless you sell the hits on Fiverr.

Hitleap is just there to inflate statistics like Shadexpwn said. I'd suggest you move to some serious traffic sources.
