how can i monetize my ebook

hi , there is few question i would like to ask
i have my own Anarchist Cookbook (book with recipes how to make a bomb)
first of all this is not book where you can learn how to make nucler weapon or smtg like that, let's say this is an ebook where you can learn how to create stronger firecrackers with daily materlias like soap,toothpaste and stuff like that you can't blow up building or smtg. like that
so i know this is illegally but, can someone arrest me cuz am selling this book?
and where can i sell this type of ebook ? clickbank will not allow to sell this type of book

Yes but you must get creative with where and how you sell it.Try selling it of of a server that is not located in a country with strict internet control.Also try selling as the newest anarchist's cookbook.Now all I want to know is where is my copy for this help you needed?
