How can I Monetize an email list.

Hi,

I have got some highly targeted list in which all the emails and numbers are of people who are seeking jobs..and what type of job.
I have around 15K of them
The list is of U.S.
How can I monetize them??

I am really new here and and I dont know know what you mean by mmo product and i ran a google search and it started showing me mmorpg games and I am sure that won't help, can you be a bit more specific..??

And also I forgot to mention many of them are have jobs already its just that they are looking for a new job so I was thinking along the lines of any Recruitment affiliate network or something like that.

Pick a product for which you get commissioned for each sale you achieve. Grab a domain name, setup a landpage (describe the product, show its advantages, include the referral link towards the website that actually sells it). Send emails to your subscribers, promoting the product, include the link to your landpage.The last step: $$$

get a mailer and get a good smtp server, send email with your offers = $$$

"dbk03 " is very much right about your needs. But on this situation I will recommend you to use a software to send out Bulk emailing. However the software should be supported with a subscription button within the email. So when you will be sending Blast to your contact list email addresses you will know which of the recipient are still interested and which of them are not. This process will let you know how to keep your list active. The best software that I had found so far with many features "Imailunlimited" you can easily create a template and you can use the subscription button and then send to all for the email addresses you have within your contact list.
