In-page, iOS calendar, push notifications - good for publishers and advertisers. I think it's the best way to monetize sites that adsense don't want to accept

You probably know that some monetization methods work better with different types of traffic or are avalable only for certain level of volume. You won't get a good answer without providing some more information.
What are you scared of, someone stealing your content? Oh, wait...

If you don't want to share general info, don't expect any real answers. I don't need exact keywords bringing in traffic or whatever. Just how much traffic so I can direct you towards a monetization company.

1) create a media kit, which out lines what is the demographic of the visitors, what ad units and what rates you are open to sell the ad spots at. You might want to mention custom ad units formats that you might be open to. This way you are welcoming direct advertisers to run their ads in your site.
