How can I monetize a sport blog

First of all, I'm just a guy who is dreaming about making money online and leave my regular 9-5 job.

I'm ready to work very very hard to achieve my goal, but the problem is that I'm still not sure where to start.

I'm thinking about affiliate marketing, about creating a blog, learn SEO, write many articles and after that try to monetize this blog.

I'm thinking about sports betting blog, because I know a lot of about sports, especially about basketball and football and I used to write some sports betting predictions before in my Facebook page about sports betting.

The only idea which came to my mind about how can I monetize it, it's by putting betting companies affiliates links into my blog. Maybe someone have any more ideas how could I monetize it?

And please be honest, maybe this niche it's not profitable and instead of wasting my time I should try to find other niche and for example try to put all my efforts by learning how to do amazon affiliate marketing?

Betting niche is not really that good, If you are short on capital. You need $$$$ for links. Plus once you are on first page, ddos attacks, neg SEO etc. Why not try some other niche first and gain experience and then jump into sport betting niche.

In betting a lot of money, but as said above, you first need a lot of $$$$. Look aside amazon affiliate for good experience. Good luck

Don't start with gambling. It's a very difficult niche for a beginner.

I'd go with a lower competition Amazon affiliate site. You can even do the gambling site at the same time, but don't expect much money from it.
