2000$ for 250k FB page where he can't even earn 2$/day? Don't give him false hopes lol If it was a 250k Instagram page, then things were different. Your best bet to earn money with the page is with Instant Articles or by selling the page and then moving on to some other venture.

What type of products? Have you tried print on demand? I mean not just tshirts and hoodies there are over 200 items you can customize with your quotes and designs
