I have created an online store for reading books from a desktop application and I want to monetize it. Can you give me some idea?

First of you have to find the books reading Lovers as regular user.
make sure your store different type of subscription packages for the users. Give free installation options with limited source.
Create groups in social media profiles. Get lot of members to that groups. Convert those members to users of your online store.

Before you monetize your application, make your app on people circulation. So give a free premium for some duration and then charge as per app worth. Nowadays people do not purchase an app quickly.
