how can I monetise social traffic ?

Hello , I have a blog where I post funny screenshots and other funny stuffs.My screenshots are original and literally hilarious.I use social media to get traffic to my blog.Fbtwitter tumble insta kik pinterest everything.if I manage to get good number of visitors to my blog every month only from social media not search engines then how can I monetise my blog and how can I automote everything so I get visitor without having to post everyday ?

1. Monetize with a product or adsense.
2. Use plugins if you are using wordpress which will post on your social accounts every time you make a new blog post!

If you are trying to depend on social media, there is not big chance of getting visitors without doing any activity of posting. (Just as tip here, if are not asking your visitors to subscribe to your blog, please do, and keep them posted every time you post something new)
To monetize try adsense
Try to place adds on website in way that most of your visitors can see them. Make things easy for your visitors on your website

adsense, or try to put affiliated products on it. Amazon is really easy to get accepted on, its almost instant. If you post something funny about a guy falling on his bike, link helmets and other protection garments from amazon. Just an idea. You can try to get them to sign up for a newsletter and collect email lists and sell them
