Thanks. I just went to the site but couldn't understand what TOR is. Is it like a VPN? How can TOR help with the YouTUbe verification process??

Tor is a proxy network so when you use it to make a new account, Youtube will not ask you for a sms verification...you will simply make a fresh new account without other verification than just the email one.
