It's almost impossible, even if is possible someone to do such a useless software or script, once a web 2.0 host will change a bit his interface, the software needs to be updated. Now imagine the pain of a software developer for such cheap stuff.

Hire a coder, will charge around 1k for it, not a big deal to manage 1 platform with multi-thread/proxies/logins/post features. There are some, but I guess people keep them for themselves.
