Make a website , just info site with a form (autoresponder) where they can get "free info" (thats why you have the form, and you can email them till they use your services). NOW Make sure your site states you are a B2B social media agency and fix bad reputations, bad posts about companies seen on yelp and google. You also can tweek their biz website on google, ensure they are mapped on google, and run their instagram, twitter, facebook page. Or set them up for them
You can start by going to google maps, find some sorry ass companies with 3 or less stars, and who have NOT claimed their business yet that google puts up for businesses. FYI, Google puts all businesses on their SE. then figure out how to claim it, (easy) and you've just got them more exposure, offer that task free, then tell them about their reputation and fix it for them.
How to do all the reputation fixing, website tweeking, social media maintenance? Go to fivver and find 5 star people who do this. then see what they charge, and charge the client more...... you've just made money , possibly with a residual if you can get them to pay you a monthly fee guaranteeing you take care of all their social , reputation and tweeking needs where all they have to do is their business and not worry about social crap.
Make a goal, say you land 5 companies and charge them 1000 a month - there ya go, 5K a month (minus fivver costs)... once that's automatic for you and you are delivering, ask them for reviews and get 5 more companies, now you at 10K a month, Rinse Repeat

Brother it depends on what can you do for making money, How far can you go, Do you have self respect or not. You can sell yourself for making money.
