well they will still ban you if they figure out you are using a proxy. It is believed the only proxy they find acceptable is the aol proxy.

From installing the aol software and using the browser. However, if you try to use aol over a broadband connection you need to block the x-forwarded header or your real ip will be logged.

So to clarify (because the info seems to be all spread out and I don't want to miss a step and kcuf it up)... To get new eBay and PP accounts, I need:
1. New IP Address
2. New Phone # for eBay phone verification
3. New VCC # to get PP confirmed
4. New Bank Acount # to get PP verified
5. New name/address/ssn
6. Clean cache/cookies/flash cookies
(Sorry, but it's easiest when i list 'em out - again, so i don't miss a step.)
Last Q: Since/if vumber is no more, any new viable options?

Sorry for the bump, but needed help. I have the phone verification set up, got a US number from ipkall, and have it forwarding correctly to a Callcentric account. i then use callcentrics software to accept the call. Call goes through and the automated lady asks "Please type 8 to confirm that you are expecting this" or sumthing like that. i press the number on the softphone, but it just does not recognise it. Is this just a software thing, or something else is needed?
I also got another problem,I read somewhere that https://www.tollfreeforwarding.com and vumber don't work for ebay phone verification,I'm from Germany and would like to know any different companies which provide services like the 2 sites listened above.

Look at my post above, you'll get a clue from that. But if I cannot get it to recognise the inputted number, its useless. Let me know if you get it working.
