Just upload them to youtube and do a little SEO and do Channel branding to get your channel rank. And then just link adsense account to that youtube channel. You will start earn money when your channel reaches the minimum views limit and that is 10K. After reaching the 10K views limit your channel will go for approval. and if your channel got approval then you can get start earn money.

I never used Youtube as a way to make money. I got my hands on hours of unique video content so I now I want to know the best way to monetize it. This might be trivial knowledge for you but not for me.
I could have used the search, I could have Googlet it but I choose to ask the question... nothing wrong with that imho.

Adsense is the easier option, but again it depends on the type of videos / content, as affiliate offers may pay better.

If your video are unique and viral material, It will be easier to give a startup boost. Send to all of your friends on facebook first. Ask them to review your work and post some comment on your videos. After that start sharing your videos on facebook groups that is related to your niche. Try to get opinions about your work from different people.
You can also contact other youtubers on youtube who have good amount of subscribers and similar to your niche and try to JV with them. Send them some of your subscribers to them and they will do the same back to you. If you have no subscribers try to pay them some $$ to get some of their users toward your channel.
There are alot more ways also you can promote your channel and can earn good income. PM if you want to get more details on that.

Monetization methods can be different for different niche. But adsense is evergreen and you can go with it easily.
