I was thinking about doing animal posts -> and coupling it with either the image, a shirt, or the prompt, haven’t decided which route I wanna take yet for that.

I would recommend buying it as it will bump up your profile higher but create second account just in case. You can try out any route see which one works best, not sure what TikTok your account is based on (what I mean by it is example: if you create your TikTok account in USA your first audience will be USA until you reach next tier so your videos would be show more to other world places). Just so you know there is rules that you can't show specific objects or something like that in all around world places have some difference in it so you wouldn't get banned just for no reason. If you want to target audience not sure if it will work without reaching next tier, you can try adding specific hashtags of that other country. I read on internet that it would be better only add 2-3 hashtags not sure on that one.

Take your country for example,
list out top/mid influencers, do their cartoon and tag them, a few of them will repost it. Keep doing it and be very consistent, your page will start growing and with time people will start to DM you and ask about your services.
