How can I make money with this site?

Hi guys, I am new here and I'm trying to learn something from you. Can you suggest me how to earn money with this site w w w . t h e y o u t u b e . i n f o - it was esbablished before 45 days, still not indexed from google (I don't have an idea why?) - should I start with BH or just to way and making backlinks. It currently makes 0.50 - 1$ from adsense per day.

Where does your traffic come from first of all?
Also you may pop them with an offer when they leave if the aff. allows for this to happen.

Also..how did you upload those videos? I see "random" folders after /video/ and then the name of the video...What script is that?

Hi, my traffic is from direct bookmarks, directory listings and facebook. I only use the videos from youtube and google video - without uploading - it is from the script everything. I don't know much about the script. I bought the site as is. Because there is no unique content on the site I don't know how to drive traffic from search engines. I have 200-300 pages views daily but may be from one and the same guys. Please I will appreciate every advice.
