How can I make money with my Domain?

Hello I bought an adult Domain and I wanted to redirect n Adult Affialiate to it but for Clickbank you need to register with your Bank Account so I cant go with Click Bank. Can someone help me how to earn money with it now. I dont have a web hosting package just the domain

Not only clickbank there are tons of other options as well to try like Krakrevenue etc you just have to check and see which's good for you
