I hope you mean make money for yourself, not for those twitter jerks.
Anyway, its simple. Create a quick site about some general interest topic to people (usually money, vanity, health) put some adsense on it and a simple CPA offer on it and shout your blog post to your followers a few times everyday. Thats it. The 22k account should bring in some nice traffic.

Yeah, the last post pretty much summed it up.
I would also say to try and play around with different designs, layouts etc.
Playing with popups has really helped me with conversions (just don't over-do it).

Just try some different products/cpa in there...then only you can come to know which will work the best. If you know on which niche they are targeted on, then i think you made this thread as an insult to itself

In this method i'll need to tweet manually for every product.
is there a more automatic way? like rss + ebay affiliate link?

CPA is a great way to make money on targeted people.
If clickbank is your route find the best converting products then sell them on twitter.
