How can I make international calls through internet

Hey guys, I live in Benin in Africa and would like to cold call France businesses. Which service can I use to call through internet ? Not something like whatsapp or viber or on off

No you are right. To the OP use Skype.. You can have a caller ID number too.. I am make all my international calls from Skype.. and they have international unlimited packages too.. for a few dollars..

if you are looking for a cheap service, you might luck out with using a calling card for your country.....

skype is very expensive comparing to other services
 
Try to use VOIP call service, Google voice call,.. or try skype calling service or like something...
 
It seems there is no Google Voice for iphone. imma check skype and voip services
 
Skype is cheap af. I pay like $5/mo for unlimited calls to the entire USA.
Never used any other service, never felt the need to - Skype does what it needs to do.

And to the Op so you understand.. we are talking about Skype out.. Not Skype To Skype.. Meaning you can call any landline or mobile phone for a mere $5 per month like my buddy just said.. in the continental USA and they have other cheap packages to the UK - Australia, Etc.. Tier 1 countries for ALL your cold calling needs (If that is what you wanna do to make $$$$).

Thanks man, i'm even seeing first month for free for calls to USA and Canada, if it works fine then I'm in heaven
