mate when I make simple ads then instant facebook disable my Facebook id. why can you give me advice?

What kind of content are you running thats getting you disabled? Can you show examples.
Also to determine the best way for you to make content I would need to know what your offer that you would like to promote is.

So like building websites, funnels, email, and doing paid traffic for brands?
I would recommend split testing carousel ads going over each service in each slide with a call to action on the last slide that says "Apply Now To See If This Is A Good Fit For Your Business" and have the destination be an application form using something like typeform to generate leads that can then schedule a call if you redirect to a calendar link or just call them once they submit the form.
You can all make a quick selfie video explaining what they offer. Typically Hook > Problem > Solution > CTA > Credibility > CTA 2 works the best for me to structure video ads.

Hello! I usually do a task for designers in Telegram and they professionally make me creatives for advertising on Facebook. If you want to make video creatives yourself, for example, you can use camtasia. Or even easier, the service is canva or supa.
Nowadays it seems you can't just simply start advertising any way you want, you will get banned.
You must start slowly, also you need to put content on your FB Page, you can't leave it blank with just an avatar and cover.
After you put some content on the page, try making a campaign to generate followers to it for a few weeks with a small amount of money,
as your page gets followers you may start working on some ads but not too many at a time...

increase it's resolution, use Remini (AppStore app), it uses AI and is free for a couple pictures per day
