Well the fancy graphic work can be done by Adobe After Effects - obviously some of it is screen capture which you can do (camtasia) and add to the final edit.
Perhaps look at freelance sites like elance or odesk and post a job requirement - no idea how much it will cost as I have not required a vid job like this.

There are number of softwares available over internet that can create these sort of animations like reallusion,anim8or, pencil animation, swishzone and most important adobe after effects. But all of these softwares require skills to generate contrasting animations.

Well said mate, apart from the skill related to software little creativity would be nice to generate contrast animations.

Post the link and the job request on odesk or elance along with the live video link, you'll get many offers from video production companies for cheap.
