How can i make a stolen image mine?

What I mean is if I just grab an image from a website, so that I can use it for my new post. How will I disguise the image so that Google will think I own the image and index it, therefore increasing my page rank.

okay I taught Google would know maybe with an encrypted code to identify images. I don't have any idea when it comes to images. lol. but I think I'll try the cropping thing.

No, can't rid of their damn watermarks across the images, plenty of others to choose from. I'm sure someone has probably used some of mine from my travel blog site.
 
If you steal its never rightfully yours. Then again everyone has done it someway ;)

The only way Google can know is via two ways:

1. Meta Data of Image - You take image but leave meta data the same as source. East for Google to penalize you.

2. Watermark - Manual review and the person reviewing sees.
 
Some editing and watermark of your site name on the image make the picture as your own :p
 
google don't care ..... but it is possible to find out. there is a code attached.

Flip it horizontally, with most pictures orientation doesn't matter, unless they have writing on them. This won't make the picture yours of course, but it won't turn up in reverse image search.

Protip: before and after you flipped the pic horizontally, check it with reverse image search, because it can be that the pic you were using is already flipped. :)

This is a neat simple idea, never even thought of this before. Sometimes, not always, the simplist solution is the best
 
You might as well watermark it or alter the pixels a bit, that would seamlessly adjust it to leak through as yours.

Either that or find sources aged to your liking.

Well, resizing alone won't work for sure, if you do an image search, you'll soon find out that Google will give you results in multiple resolutions for most pics, if you mix this with sharpening/blurring, adding hue/saturation, fidgeting with lighting, that can work, but doesn't always cut it, Google's image recognition is getting better and better, so it can be that you need to modify a pic to the extent, when it will look bad.

Cropping can work, although if you do it in bulk, important parts of the pictures can be cropped out. :)

If you want the simplest, most effective solution, that's changing the orientation/flipping horizontally, so you can maintain quality while the pic won't turn up in the reverse image search for sure.
