how can i make a quick 20 bucks? ive been trying bro!

Sell a service on fiverr,elance,freelancer,odesk etc. If that does not work go find a job in a restaurant or something, they will surely pay you more than $20 in a month.

$20 is easy. Join fiverr and promote something unique, something that you can do and not many others can. Look in the best selling section for ideas. Five sells there and you have $20 in your paypal.
 
Everyone is telling that fiverr is great but in my experience you need to promote like hell before you go up at least one level...

They are. 99% of the members here however, as illustrated conveniently by this thread, are too lazy to try anything that doesn't involve minimal effort.
