Hello i am just wondering how one would go about creating new fresh proxy servers for themselves

You can create 500 vps servers on tilaa.nl and with SH-script copy/paste files (file of Proxy-Server) to all 500 VPS servers.

So you intend to rent 500 VPSes and use them for Ips? That does not sound efficient to me. You can host over 150k IPs on that amount of vpses if not more. Unless you actually have 150k IPs i dont see what you would need 500 servers for.
