If you have some musical talent you can quickly go out, find a crowded area, then start playing your instrument or sing with your magical voice. Just make sure you have a basket or something to collect the money.

Well, Its great respect to those senior members offering here article writing, twitter offer, some other technics even some of freely offering money.

It helps me learning which ways are most genuine for a newbie and not to be scum by any one.

Try fiverr or less competitive sites like seoclerks and fourerr
 
Go over to hire a freelancer section. There's plenty of small jobs there.
 
Your best bet, to get the money today, is to offer a service to someone, because you seem desperate, your going to want to work cheap to secure the job and get paid quickly.

For 5 bucks, I'd offer 3x500 word articles or something like that, which would usually cost $7.50-$20.00 depending on the niche/quality
 
Experience for 5$ was excellent with Fiverr
But now-a-days Fiverr is also getting slow don't know why

I'm taking into account the fact i've had to spend time sending her a message, and now 12 hours later still no articles, so that's 3 minutes of my time that is wasted. I wouldn't offer a possible time waster anything more.
 
She is a good looking girl, checked out her FB and Model Mayhem pages.
I am sure she earn't the $5 quickly.
 
The really quick way to get small emergency money (or fast initial money if just starting out online) if you don't have friends to lend it to you, is to offer to do something for $x that is really something you should be charging 2 or 3 times more for. That can usually get you the money faster if you privately explain your urgent need.
