How can i make 100$/€ a day with cpa??

If anyone can show me how to do this, i would be really really happy!
i read a lot of ebooks already but im still stuck at 10-20 bucks a day.

In order to make money with CPA or any market for that matter is to think outside of the box. People that post their money making methods are doing it now because they either no longer need it, or don't care about the saturation. Any method that hits the forums becomes saturated by tons of marketers. So you have to take a few hours, days, weeks, whatever, to come up with an "outside" of the box idea. I have a million dollar + idea, but I require some start up cost, so now I'm figuring out how to make the start up money. Hope you get my drift.
