Start with your own blog. The best way to learn about SEO, Writing. You can take the course but the numbers of your blog speak it all (CTR, Coversion Rate, Bounce Rate etc). Plus if you're good at that you dont even need to get writing job anymore.

What I would say is, watch some basic videos on SEO, read articles on blogs which will help you know about the purpose and proper usage of keywords. Start your own blog and post trending and mind blowing articles. Udemy is good for doing online course on SEO.

take a course on udemy, bitdegree or coursera. You will find courses on SEO, English grammar, creative content and other related topics. You should also consider starting a personal blog. It helps you build your portfolio.

I'm sure you could find something free on Udemy or even watch a few YouTube videos. Read blogs within your niche, see which topics they are coving and how they are presenting them.

Honestly, your best bet would be to practice writing articles on a blog you create. Use Grammarly as well to make sure you are using proper grammar. You can also use websites such as readable.io to score your text for readability. If you use Wordpress for your blog, then the Yoast SEO plugin will be very beneficial if you're newer to SEO.

    Good luck! :)

Instead of Udemy, try Lynda. Lynda have better and quality tutorial than Udemy.

To became a best content writer,
    1. Choose any niche and start a blog (it's not necessary to buy domain. You can start with any one free blog like wordpress, Tumblr, blogger).
    2. Write article with SEO factors. (SEO content)
    3. To learn watch YouTube videos
    4. Google it " how to write quality content"
    5. Start freelancing in fiverr, upwork, etc.
Final point : Practice makes a man perfect. You don't want to see the full journey. Just start with a single step. You will learn all by practice.
    Good luck!

Consistent practice! Also, become a "Reading Writer." Read as many articles as you can per day, then write.
Make it a habit to write at least 300 words per day. You can even make your own Personal Journal...to get the hang of it.

I was also faced with this question couple of years back.

    Firstly, You can check out this post on reddit, it has helped me a lot;
    https://www.reddit.com/r/Entreprene...to_write_innovative_and_competitive_longform/
Also, I can't recommend the book 'Everybody Writes by Ann Handley', enough. Buy it, worship it, sleep with it, and take a shit with it.

Secondly, read everyday. Fiction, non-fiction, sci-fi, blogs, it doesn't matter but read everyday. And don't just sprint through aimlessly, that's
the mistake I made. Examine the sentences, flow, structure, vocab. Notice why the writer wrote a sentence like:

"He pressed his hands against the edge of the table, and looked at me with gleaming eyes."
    and not,
"He put his hand on the table and looked at me."

There's a famous quote from Anton Chekhov that has stuck with me.
He writes, "Don't tell me the moon is shining; show me the glint of light on broken glass."
This is what I'm talking about.

I know this advice feels more relevant to creative writing but for me, analyzing what I'm reading has helped me more than
    any guide or course online.
Also, write everyday. People recommend starting with 300 words a day, but I started with 50 a day.

Lastly, you can take some courses on Udemy, Lynda, or other similar sites. Personally, I've gone through two course from Shani Raja named
'Writing with Flair' and 'Ninja Writing'. I recommend them only if you're complete newbie and need a basic intro/framework to writing.
But beware, they're very boring and dull.
