How can I know that my account is ghosted / unghosted?

I have a ~7yo account with only ~500 followers. Recently I tried to gain some followers in my niche. I followed 100 people on the first day, got 15 followers back. Then I followed another 100 the next day, but get 0 follow back this time. I googled for a while and heard that Twitter can "ghost" my account (not sending notification to people that I follow). Is it true? If so, how can I know when my account is unghosted?

I got all greens. But I highly doubt this site's result helps. It doesn't test against "notification ban", just post shadownban.
