How can I know if im blocked on skype ?

The thing is I dont see this .. but its wierd.. as I asked my friend to block me and i dont see it either (tried to re-login as well)

If there is a question mark before hes name, then he blocked/deleted you.
If this helps you:
The only ("True") method to test if you have been blocked is:
1. The Contact must have been added to your contact list.
2. You must have Skype voicemail.
3. Right click on the Contact name and choose ("Send Voicemail"). If it fails you have been blocked by that contact.

I also got scammed by some SEO guy some months ago, and you're right, i can't see if he blocked me, i just see him offline, and he hasn't been online for months.
