How can I join an ICO team?

How can I find ICO or blockchain project teams to join? I want to use my skills to help their projects. I am in it for the work experience and for building a profile. I approached a few ICOs, but most of them already have a set team. Is there anyway to communicate before the project is presented?

Do you have any programming skills ? Blockchain related ?

What are your skills? Why would they want to invite you to join them? Do regularly post on the main Crypto Forums/Sites? Do you have social media accounts promoting Crypto?

It is up to relationship,and unless you are very famous.i advise you to set up a team yourself using your expentises

I would recommend you to first get a ICObench expert account, that will really open your doors on meeting people and so forth, after that all you have to do is hookup with the community management team and offer your service (that is how I have done it, I have worked in 2 different ICO's providing marketing, etc)

You can become community manager.

Your task:

1. Chat with your investor everyday via slack and telegram channel.
2. Create HYPE.
3. Promote the coin.

Spend 3-6 months researching a particular area in blockchain that really interests you and you're good at, create a blog or social media account that proves your value by connecting you with thousands who can vouch for you, use some of those connections to sponsor / review ICOs , and finally come up with a solution to a problem or join an already established team by utilizing what you have available. If you have over 10,000 legit followers on a crypto YouTube channel or website, I see no reason you can't find plenty of projects to work with. Currently I'm an ICO advisor, investor, crypto YouTuber, bitcoin trader and am establishing my own network later this year. I've worked with multiple successful projects and am currently right before a Pre-sale with one. Just do the work. You'll get the reward.
