You advertise and promote a website which is marketing, and it is online not in person, so it is indeed digital as well. So Digital Marketing Specialist is ok.
You could also call yourself an Advertising Consultant or Digital Advertising Consultant!
When pushed for more details say that you promote websites and help grow social media accounts through advertising. If they want examples, say that it is confidential, but you do well for yourself!

You can call it Digital Advertising Business or just the way you like it.
Or if you feel low about this may be you should try to upskill and upgrade your business. When you dont feel pride in the service you offer, its advisable to look for better job role. May be you could do same kind of advertising role by promoting ads on your own website where you offer some valuable content, find yourself a strong niche. Or try trending reels initially to get that reach. Or may be you feel comfortable this way then just admit it or yeah just don't mind too much about it.
