How can I install android emulator on Amazon AWS EC2?

I am looking to install android emulator preferably Memu or Bluestacks on Amazon AWS. I can launch any instance upto 16 GB. Can you please guide me on which instance I can run this. I have tried many solution on the internet but failed to do so.

AWS instances doesn't support virtualization technology as far as I know.

AWS vm doesn't support Emulator, maybe you should try Genymotion cloud on AWS but it cost a lot of money
