How can I index parasites?

Hey guys, I’m spamming as hell parasites but for example I got indexed 2-3 parasites every 10. How can I index ALL parasites? Tips?

Create new fresh website, add one page with url lists (like 2-300 urls), add the website to GSC and send to GSC it's good idea?
 
Try using tools like GSC, 1Indexer, RankerX, or GSA — they can help get more of your parasites indexed
 
Blast the parasites with some PBN cheap links.
