How Can I index my Website?

you can index your site from google console and bing console
 
I also do that but still my website is not indexed in Google
 
There are tons of options used for indexing, but the two most important and widely-used are Google Search Console and Yoast Seo.
You can go for these tools for better result.

All of this i also do that, sitemap submission in search console still not indexed on Google
