  1. Use several Reddit accounts (1 IP per account!) to post and talk about your site.
  2. Provide some content that answers questions of people from forums and post links to it on those forums
  3. Funnel smaller sites with good backlinks into yours (also a solution for later).

On my opinion , Submit your sitemap , create high quality content and use relevant keywords, optimize the page speed, build high quality backlinks and also have a strong social media presence and submit indexing request in Google search console.
 
Use paid indexing services. This way is really more effective than others because the standard period of indexation sometimes too slowly
