There should be specific reasons why they are not indexed mentioned.

Look into it and see if you can fix them.

Then submit them for indexing.

That can mean many things.

Highest likely is low quality / thin / duplicate content. It can also be redirect or lack of internal and external links.

I suggest you fetch few and attempt to index them in the current state (let's say 20).

If they won't index, the issues mentioned above should be addressed.

After recent updates indexing for new sites have become very difficult, specially English sites, the trick i use is social sharing, facebook, reddit, twitter, pinterest, and at the end share facebook, reddit, pinterest links again on twitter, i use multiple twitter accs ...
I am having good success indexing Non-English, haven't tested English yet

You can use Google indexing API, it helps sometimes.

Checkout the indexing services in the marketplace. I wouldn't use the google indexing api on a site that isn't black hat

First, make sure your sitemap is updated and submitted to Google Search Console.
You can also try using the "URL Inspection" tool in Search Console to request indexing. Lastly, building more backlinks can help Google find and index your pages faster.
