How can I increase withdraw limit in Paypal ?

My paypal is verified by master card and bank account as well mobile phone.
I can withdraw $1000, One month before when I try to withdraw more than $1000 it shows me your withdraw limit has exceeded increase your paypal limit after clicking this link it shows again :

Your withdrawal limit has been removed

We're updating your account. This might take a couple of minutes-

Link and confirm your bank account = Right
Provide your Social Security number = Right
Link and confirm a debit or credit card = Right

But after one month still show me again

How can I solve this problem ?
