It's hard to get view on new youtube channel with good seo. can you guys tell me some to get views?
And tell me some idea for create a new channel.

and now it's 4000

Well If you are into channel that you think can views from youtube search then its best to try to send a few videos and other engagements to give the video a little boost. After this if your video is good it will be eventually rank up and gain good amount of views.
