Don't go with shortcut like click on your own ads! Thus account must be suspended. Rather try to gain real traffic from good sources.
you can share your post on social media, do seo to get organic traffic.
 
Actually those managed get some success from Adsense is they got many sites and their domains are aged. Already many years thus naturally lots of traffic are there. Unless they don't do re direct go buy these age domain do redirect to their other sites. Heard this time Google aim on those doing redirect purchase age domain do redirect to other site. I don't know how true is it. Just see people claim as usual.

I find is more better apply on Youtube. If you managed to get one JUST one or two videos go Viral. Your adsense earnings will be more than what you doing now on your site but I see now a days is quite competitive. As quite a lot using AI create videos after they see others success doing it.
 
Try another website template and / or placements. That is what helped me to increase my CTR.
 
Adsense switched to pay-per-impressions model, so clicks don't matter anymore.

But try this: if you are using auto ADS, if you decrease ADS you will get better CPC, Try go for only vignette ads or only achor ADS, Deactive all other. You will get better CPC. Less ads=better CPC, I have tried this in my own adsense account.

Never click on your own ADS, your account will be banned.

You need more traffic. Not necessary organic traffic, it can also be from social media.
 
Either increase the traffic or increase the CPC. Traffic can be increased by making more backlinks for the site.
 
Make sure your website is mobile-friendly, as a lot of traffic comes from mobile devices.
