How can i Increase Facebook Fan without admin acces?`

i m new here but i see lots of ppl r selling Facebook fan and twitter follower without admin access? so how its possible?? is thr any method to do that or they r doing like jacking? is thr any script or something like apps..pls guys share your knowledge and let the new person grab some new ideas.
