How Can I Increase Adsense CPM?

Hello, I live in Turkey game and application download site. Daily hits vary from 1000 to 2000. My Adsense clicks are so low that you can think of them in dollar terms. $ 0.0086 per click. Yes, I'm not kidding, I get 200 clicks per day, my ad placement is very good, and I make about $ 1.5 a day hard. I would appreciate it if you could help me increase the cost per click.

CPM of your ads depend on interests of your traffic (not a niche of your site), therefore to increase CPM you need to get more sources of traffic.
You can also increase CPM by using multiple ad networks on your site simultaneously.
You can also work on increasing pageviews for your site, e.g using paginated articles, galleries, or quizzes.

Ezoic is not an ad network, but mediation platform, they also take % from your earning.
From what op has described earning is what he's trying to increase as a final result.

se900se rightly mentioned to check the source of traffic. In some countries, cpm is very low. So target traffic from tier 1 countries. There are some blackhat tricks as well to increase the CPM but that may serve advt which will not be related to category of your website and if someone report and google do manual check, it may carry risk

There is no risk unless you do something against ToS.
Advertisers provide with details to target users and in most cases, there are no targetting of specific websites, and if there are, believe me, your site won't be included. Most of the time advertisers target by GEO, income, interests, browsing history, ip, etc. So your website could be about animals, but the ads for users will be something completely different.

If you have low CPM this means your traffic fits low-cost advertisers, therefore, bringing low-cost revenue.
Get more traffic and from different sources, check which source brings the best income and work more towards that source.
