What if I send a video that records my overall working process to customers?
What if I send a video that records a packaging process to customers?

Can anyone share a similar experience? Or do you have any idea other than sending a video?

It sound good but what do you want to get by sending that video? It is cool to know how the products are done and how they are packaged and sent to us but what do you want to gain from sending the video?

Thanks for your suggestion.

costumer experience you must build a loyal customer with great service and happines and the real challenging is happines and loyalty is intagible sonmake sure you must know your advantage of your product or services to get and communicate it to customer why this product is didferent than other company

Provide them something beyond products. Free give aways, a blog which includes useful content and knowledge. Contests, Hangouts if that can relate. stream related events. be more physical. that works here.

I would be in a better position to answer your question if you could share more details about the nature of business and a little background.

However, one fundamental customer experience tip is communication. Be present to address their questions/concerns. If they have to wait for a long time for their answer, it instantly accounts for negative experience with the company.

No matter what product or service you are selling, its always the after sale support that creates the biggest impression.

Follow up with your customers after they have purchased something.

Always ask for feedback, comments, suggestions, or ways you can improve your service.

This shows you're serious about providing SOLID VALUE.

It also helps if you OVER DELIVER - either in terms of quantity or (preferably) QUALITY
