If you use search console you are verified owner of that site, so your site gets crawled more often. You can post high-quality blogs on certain keywords you want to rank. When it comes to link building, I'm no expert on that. For easy content creation use AI to leverage things and make things happen quicker but add a personal touch to your content.
 
To speed up indexing, you can use paid services. Usually, when using them, links get into the index quite quickly.
