add more videos first then we can suggest later. I personally think the video is decent enough but you just don't have enough to get this going. You don't even have a subscriber other than yourself.

The video is high-quality I like the animation design, I don't think anything needs to really improve except just growing the channel it's on more. That niche takes a while to grow though.

Use controversial and gimmick keywords, titles and descriptions. Share your video in another social media and try to get subscribers. If you have a budget for advertising, so do it! it will take time for growing.
