How can I improve my content quality on Facebook?

At first I had the same thing. what helped me was seeing which posts got people to stop and react not just views. I began to concentrate on things that felt more personal, thinngs that piqued my curiosity. People slowly engage better when they have a reason to comment or share their thoughtts .

People react positively if they can relate with the post because it speaks out what they are feeling, going through, or thinking about. It might be a gud idea to include your own personal insights or pose questions like What would you do? .
