How can I improve conversion on site

Hello there people.... I'm runnig warez site which gets most of the traffic from my youtube videos, there is also organic search and I get around 250-300 users per day, but conversion on my lockers isn't that good... So I was wondering is there any aesthetic way on how can I make people trust my site and download more often? I already added "contact us" tab, there are stickers of antiviruses approvals of site, there is virus scan for every file in every post and I dont know what else I can do... Site is clean and doesnt look spammy like most of warez site look like... I'm also willing to share a like to someone who I can trust to make an opinion if he would like on what I should change, I won't share it publicly....

all downloads are locked, no free downloads because I never was thinking about such a thing

You can try giving a few downloads for free, it helps with building trust. Have a free and premium download section. People generally don't trust lockers because half the time they don't work or the download does not exist. Also it depends in the offers, what do they have to do to access the download? Survey?

wasn't thinking about that... yea it's mostly email submit surveys...

have a page in your site which explains how to complete the offers and unlock the download. Focus on bringing traffic from tier 1 countries, as they have the best EPC. Conversion rates on tier 3 countries is shit and or EPC is not worth it to target.

edit - might as well make comments available for each individual download, post them yourself how good it works and similar.

depends what kind of site you are running, for example if you are running wordpress site (IMO it's best for that kind of sites) implementing comments under each post is easy, just check the checkbox. For getting relevant comments, think them yourself what you would like to read if you were searching for a particular thing. You can as well copy the comments from Thepiratebay or Youtube videos, usually good downloads have a lot of good comments.

Split test and conversion tracking, you never know, it can be color, a CTA or anything else
