How Can I Hire Ad Writers

Does anyone know anywhere to hire short ad writers who will write an ad from a spreadsheet of information that needs to be included in the ad?

Would crowdcontent be good for this? How about elance? Anywhere else?

I'm not looking for a freelancer or service from someone on BHW, I want an external service or site.

You can find many at fiverr and odesk also. DP and WF can also be used. By the way why are you not hiring any from here? I hope you will find a nice writer here.
