Want to know the same here. I have iPhone, not Android, if there's some app for.

And i tried with Pinger, but didnt work, and really dont know why..

microsoft now own skype. No longer ebay. OK to use it now
 
I install Pinger application on Bluestack..
Tried to run but keep loading till the end..
Don't know why..

Pinger with Text Free can load but don't know how to link it with Google Voice..
 
Skype is one of the best voip numbers to use for eBay and it is not owned by eBay it is owned by Microsoft so it is not a big deal to
use them. At one time they were owned by eBay and of course that was an issue but now it is a green light really.
