How can i have multiple paypal accounts without them catching me?

Lol ofc you have to clear browser history and cookies. Changing IP isn't enough to make you undetecteable to Paypal security system. Did you link same card you previously used on another PayPal?
as stoned nerd said, yes u have to use different everything and clear ur cache and cookies (sometimes they use flash cookies too which are more difficult to clear) and definitely dont use the same CC, that would be the first thing i would check for if i was looking to link accounts :-/

1. Easy way: register different LLC's, then multiple PayPal accounts, verify LLC's in PayPal (one per account). Then you don't have to hide anything
2. Hard way:
a) Either install VMware, then install multiple different OS, buy VPN account and request virgin IPs. Of course use different names for PayPal account creation and different cards
b) Or instead of VMware use MultiLoginApp. To use it with StealthFox browser or some regular browser like Firefox is up to you (I would recommend SF, though it's a paid solution). Then buy somewhere virgin proxies or better residential IP solution. The rest is the same as in "a"

I only use 1 paypal in 1 pc.
Paypal is very strict in their security.

I use separate computers for both my PP. My IP is dynamic so I don't care about IP

Use addon for firefox, cookie swifter or cookie swaper etc to save cookies for each acc.
User agent spoof to use differerent agents for each acc.
Different Ips ofc ( dont use vpns at all) a trick is to use ur phones ip each time u login. Remember to restart ur phone each login so u get a new ip. ( 3g internet ) ( internet share with ur pc )
Never use same creditcard ever. Shit gets fucked up immedately. Nor adress, or birthday info. Same names are ok.

As stated earlier, register different PP Business accounts with different legit LLC's. In doing so, make sure you communicate this to them so they will mark your account and save you some hassle. You may run into a little hassle in the beginning, but it is allowed. Once you are established with them you will be fine.
